The device has a magnetic disk (2) made from neodymium iron boron, fastened and positioned in a cavity of an outer surface of a ring (1). The disk generates magnetic adhesive force between the ring and a magnetic portion of the mouse body, where the force is approximately equal to 1 Newton. Thickness of the ring between an inner front side of the disk and inner surface of the ring is up to 1 to 2 millimeter, where reduction of a magnetic force inside the ring is allowed up to a specific dimension. The magnetic portion of the mouse body is formed as a flexible pad (3).
