The method involves forming magnetic field in a circular gap by a ring- permanent magnet (2) and generating acoustic energy during cooperation of magnetic field in a ring-shaped magnetic gap with the current that flows through a moving coil. The moving coil is assembled with a diaphragm. A magnetic system of a broadband-sound converter is designed such that the magnetic system provides independent magnetic gaps and allows independent functioning of the sound converter for each frequency range e.g. woofer, midrange and tweeter.
