PURPOSE: A method for providing an advertisement data illegal click escrow service and a system thereof using an advertisement cost calculation processing server are provided to process advertising expense calculation by processing advertisement cost in an advertisement advertising expense calculation process. CONSTITUTION: An advertising expense calculation processing server receives advertisement provided from one or more advertisement providing agencies(1200). The advertisement cost calculation processing server produces the advertisement expense about the received advertisement providing history(1205). Server confirms one or more frequently used history among the received advertisement providing history(1210). The server produces the advertisement expense about one or more fraudulent use history among the received advertisement providing history(1220).
