PURPOSE: A lens polishing device with a tilting module is provided to polish wide range of the lens with uniform surface roughness and to reduce a polishing time. CONSTITUTION: A lens polishing device with a tilting module comprises a driving member, a driving shaft, a first flat disk(120), a cross disk(130), a ring member(140), a second flat disk(150) and a tool-fixed jig(160). The first flat disk is combined in an end of the driving shaft. The cross disk is combined in the lower part of the first flat disk. The cross disk is ascended and descended at a regular interval. The ring member is back and forth combined in the lower part of the cross disk. The second flat disk is side to side combined in the lower part of the ring member. The tool-fixed jig is formed in one side of the second flat disk. A tool(170) is combined is in the tool-fixed jig. A polishing pad(171) is combined in the tool.
