The system has a controller formed in comparison with predetermined characteristics and selected over an adjustment device. The predetermined characteristic is adjusted at an individual thermal sensation of a user, and adjusts an internal temperature of the vehicle. An ambient data collecting unit is formed with the controller based on the corresponding ambient data of the collecting unit, where the unit selects and changes the characteristics. The adjustment device includes a self-learning algorithm, which selects the characteristics based on a set-point temperature adjustment. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting an internal temperature of a vehicle.
