<p>The invention relates to a synchronisation method for a wireless link between a base station and a mobile cassette of an X-ray system. The base station includes an X-ray generator and the cassette includes an X-ray detector. According to the invention, the method comprises the steps (22b, 25b) of exchanging messages between the base station and the cassette, the exchanges triggering (25a, 29) time counts in the base station and the cassette, a radiation sequence and an image sequence being executed (30, 26) at the end of the respective time counts. The invention can be used for subjecting a patient to an X-ray dose only if said dose can be detected and recorded by the X-ray detector, the radiation sequence being executed after the message exchanges.</p> |
