PURPOSE: An assembly and disassembly type of band sporting goods are provided to enable a user to do a whole-body exercise or a selective exercise for a specific part of the body by connecting an elastic band to a fixing belt at a desired number. CONSTITUTION: The assembly and disassembly type of band sporting goods include a fixing belt(1) worn and fixed to the human body, and a band connected to the fixing belt. The goods further include an expansion part(101) connected to a middle part of the belt without elasticity having a length adjustable loop(B3), fastening units(B1,B2) comprising female and male and formed on both ends of the fixing belt, and a connector(2) having a loop part(201) in which the fixing belt is inserted and connection units formed on the upper and lower ends. The band is detachably connected to the connector.
