PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition using shell powder and egg powder is provided to safely relieve and treat athlete's foot or atopic dermatitis without irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for relieving dermatitis contains pulverized powder of calcium group of shell or egg. The calcium group further contains animal bone, coral, and pearl. A method for producing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of washing egg; a step of separating egg membrane in water; a step of washing shell to remove foreign materials; a step of heating the egg and shell at 1100-1400°C; a step of pulverizing the egg and shell; and a step of adding organic acid to adjust acidity.
