摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nanoparticle is provided to reduce time and cost by decreasing the process by ultrahigh pressure technology and emulsion diffusion technique. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nanoparticle comprises the steps of saturating ethyl acetate and distilled water each other; dissolving PCL and miglyol in the saturated ethyl acetate solution, and simultaneously dissolving poloxamer in the saturated ethyl acetate solution to homogenize it, thereby obtain a microparticle of the O/W emulsion state; processing the emulsion with an ultrahigh pressure to diffuse it; and distilling the processed emulsion to remove ethyl acetate and to obtain a nanoparticle.
