PRINT CONTROL APPARATUS, PRINT CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that there is a requirement to improve accuracy and a processing speed in order to predict a toner consumption amount from a developed image data before printing and that a method is required for providing a user with a prediction result in an easy-to-understand manner.

SOLUTION: An external controller 404 predicts and calculates a toner consumption amount of each page before printing by using developed image data. The consumption amount is predicted in consideration of image processing in a printer and a designation of a variable print.
