PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of collimator plates by which the collimator plates are mounted precisely and easily without regard to the variation of the thicknesses of the collimator plates and the widths of grooves, and to provide a radiation detection apparatus and a radiation diagnosis apparatus. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the collimator plates 7 mounted to retainers 5 and 6 of an X-ray detection apparatus 1, the collimator plates 7 are inserted to the grooves 8 formed in the retainers 5 and 6, and the collimator plates 7 inserted to the grooves 8 are pressed to adhere to the sidewalls 8a of the grooves 8 by pressers 9.
