PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system allowing game players to easily view a desired ornament symbol without affecting the progress of a game. SOLUTION: A game machine 1 includes an ornament symbol storage means 202e storing ornament symbol data to be displayed on a symbol display part 104, and a performance control means 502 displaying ornament symbols on the symbol display part 104 based on a determined performance command. The game machine 1 is connected with a spacer 2 for feeding game media. The game machine 1 has an ornament symbol data transmission means 504 transmitting the ornament symbol data corresponding to the determined performance command to the spacer 2, while the spacer 2 has a spacer-side storage means 601d storing the ornament symbol data transmitted by the ornament symbol data transmission means 504.
