<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove influence of camera shake, when flash light control is performed in a photographing device, such as, a digital camera equipped with camera shake correction function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a release button 2 is fully depressed in performing photography, in a state where the camera shake correction function is turned on, a camera shake correction part 18 instructs a vibration-proof unit 19 not to perform centering as camera shake correction processing. Thus, even if a CCD 15 moves to the limit of camera shake correction, the CCD 15 will not be restored to the center of drive. Then, the flash light control is performed, and emitted light quantity of a flash 5 is calculated. Thereafter, instructions are changed, to perform centering as camera shake correction processing, the flash 5 is made to emit light according to the calculated emitted light quantity, and then normal photography is performed.
