<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with facility congestion information for predicting a future congestion. <P>SOLUTION: This facility congestion status providing system is provided with: an IC chip including at least information of an ID number; a reader equipped with a reading means for reading the information stored in the IC chip; an entry/exit time management server equipped with a registration means for registering the information received from the reader; and a network server having a disclosure means for disclosing the result obtained by an aggregation means and a calculating means and the facility information when accessible through a network. The reader is installed in the entrance of the facility, and provided with a transmission means for transmitting the information read by the reading means and time when the information is read in association with each other, and the entry/exit time management server is provided with an aggregation means for calculating the total number of persons who have entered for each fixed time after entry and a calculation means for calculating an average stay time based on the past data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
