PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration control device of a novel structure can stably maintain objective vibration control performance, by preventing foreign matter such as an incompressive fluid sealed in a balancing chamber from intruding inside an actuator, without hindering operation of an output shaft. SOLUTION: A dam-shaped cylindrical body 118 extending toward the movable valve element 60 side from an actuator 62, is formed on the outer peripheral side of the output shaft 106 of the actuator 62, and a surrounding cylindrical body 120 having a diameter larger than the dam-shaped cylindrical body 118, is formed in an outer peripheral part of a movable valve element 60 so as to extend toward the actuator 62 side. The surrounding cylindrical body 120 is arranged so as to surround the outer peripheral side of the dam-shaped cylindrical body 118, and these dam-shaped cylindrical body 118 and surrounding cylindrical body 120 are superposed in an internally-externally inserted state.
