<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a space factor while reducing generation of interlayer short circuit of a litz wire coil. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A litz wire coil 1 is formed by molding one coil wire 10 at a coil shape by winding with parallel winding, wherein litz wires twisted by numerous insulated strands with the same conductor diameter are laminated at three layers 11A, 11B, and 11C at shapes capable of piling up and being wound without any gap. An insulated film 111a of the insulated strand 111 used as a litz wire in the inner layer litz wire 11B among the litz wires 11A, 11B, and 11C is formed to be thinner than that of an insulated film 112a of the insulated strand 112 used as a litz wire in the outer layer litz wires 11A and 11B located on both ends.
