<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device capable of performing photography with an appropriate composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The photographic device includes: a first image acquiring part 15 capable of acquiring an image in a first photographic range 45; a second image acquiring part 17, capable of acquiring an image in a second photographic range 47, including subjects D and E which are not included in the first photographic range 45; a decision part 35 for deciding whether the subjects D and E which are not included in the first photographic range 45 but included in the second photographic range 47 enter the first photographic range 45; and a control part 37 performing control, concerning photography according to the decision by the decision part 35.
