<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cooling on-vehicle electronic equipment can adequately cool on-vehicle electronic equipment without upsizing a space for installing the on-vehicle electronic equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device for cooling the on-vehicle electronic equipment is provided with a cooling medium inlet pipe 53 branch-connected to a liquid pipe 44 connecting a condenser 43 to an evaporator 27 of an on-vehicle air-conditioner 19 mounted in a vehicle 10, a cooling medium outlet pipe 55 branch-connected to a suction pipe 42B connecting the evaporator 27 to a compressor 41 of the on-vehicle air-conditioner 19, and a heat exchanger 51 connected to the cooling medium inlet pipe 53 and a cooling medium outlet pipe 55 and supplied with a part of the cooling medium circulated in the on-vehicle air-conditioner 19. This heat exchanger 51 is arranged in the air inlet 24A of a casing 23A of an audio device 23 mounted in the vehicle 10, and the air cooled by the heat exchanger 51 is supplied in the casing 23A through the air inlet 24A.
