<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot game machine allowing a game player to easily executing a Meoshi (target-aiming button operation) by providing an Meoshi assisting part for assisting the player in the so-called Meoshi (target-aiming button operation) to operate a stop button so that a specified symbol stops on a display window while the player views symbols of a rotating rotary reel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The slot game machine includes a variation display device on which a symbol can be variably displayed. The device includes a belt-shaped reel tape 102 and a reel body 103 on the outer circumference of which the tape 102 is wound. The tape 102 has a plurality of kinds of symbols arranged and displayed in a predetermined interval in a lengthwise direction of the tape 102. The reel body 103 includes the Meoshi assisting part 151 for assisting the player in the Meoshi (target-aiming button operation) on the peripheral edge of the body 103 and on a part of the tape 102 where the specified symbol is disposed.
