<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer which is suitable for preventing food poisoning, is safe for human bodies and environments, and little deteriorates the flavors of foods. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sterilizer is obtained by mixing citric acid, vinegar, and sodium bicarbonate and has pH of ≤2.25.
