<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection system and a collection method of deposited bacteria, capable of easily and accurately collecting the deposited bacteria on the surface of a material, easily dispersable into air. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The collection system 1 of the deposited bacteria includes a blasting pump 10 for dispersing the bacteria deposited on the surface S of the material by blasting clean air to the surface S of the material, a hollow collector 20 forming a closed space for collecting the bacteria dispersed by the blasting pump 10, and a medium part 44 for adsorbing the bacteria collected by the collector 20. For example, the collector 20 is equipped with a collecting opening 23 for making the closed space communicate with the surface S of the material and arranged so as to make intimate contact with the surface S of the material, an inflow port 25 for allowing the air from the blasting pump 10 to flow into the closed space, and an outflow port 27 for allowing the bacteria dispersed by the blasting pump 10 to flow out from the closed space.
