PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device for adjusting a tilt angle of a screw shaft for applying moving force to a head and a guide member for guiding the head without changing a relative position between the screw shaft and the guide member. SOLUTION: A bracket 40 for supporting the screw shaft 52 in a freely rotatable way is provided with tilted pressing parts 45a and 47a. A reference shaft 22 for guiding the head is held up by elastic parts 33 and 38 of plate springs 31 and 36 and pressed by the pressing parts 45a and 47a. Adjustment screws 55 and 56 inserted through the bracket 40 are turned, the tilts of the bracket 40 and the screw shaft 52 are changed, and the tilt of the reference shaft 22 is adjusted while regulated by regulating parts 10k and 10n.
