<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage connector can prevent generation of discharge current and eliminate loss of supply power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 164 is provided in the high-voltage connector 160 fixed to a high-voltage impressed part 122 while surrounding an exposed face 165x of an in-chamber terminal cylindrical body 165, and so plays a role of an insulation wall, whereby, flow of discharge current tracing the shortest route Da is blocked. In such a case, at a surface route Db going via a surface of the cylindrical body 164, a total length of the surface route Db is elongated by the cylindrical body 164 by appropriately setting a height of the cylindrical body, so that the discharge current shall not reach from the exposed face 165x of the connector terminal 165 to an upper lid part 122a of the high-voltage impressed part.
