<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably place and hold a small easy-to-roll article without causing it to roll and fall even when placing and holding it by a net member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First, the vehicular seat is configured to be ready to place an article on the back board 44 by moving a back board provided movably on the back surface of a seat back 34B to the outside of the seat back with a seat back 34B brought down in a folded state onto a seat cushion 34A. The back board 44 is formed of a rigid resin body. This back board 44 is provided on the seat back 34B so as to be movable in the forward direction of the folding direction of the seat back 34B with the seat back 34B folded.
