The input detection device (1) includes: an input unit (4) for detecting a touch on the touch panel (3) by a user; a display unit (5) which simultaneously displays a plurality of predetermined items on the display (2) while the touch is continuously detected in such a manner that one of the items is displayed in a state different from the other items, wherein the item displayed in the different state is successively switched from one to another at a predetermined time interval; and an item switching unit (11) which selects the item displayed in the different state upon termination of the detection of the touch. Thus, the user can easily perform an input operation.
