Provided is an electromagnetic wave-shielding material capable of keeping an electromagnetic shielding effect for a long period even if it is repeatedly bent/slid.  The electromagnetic-wave shielding material (101)has a first metal layer (21) and a second metal layer (22) laminated one over the other, and has a first conductive adhesive layer (11) positioned between the first metal layer (21) and the second metal layer (22), so that the four layers of the first metal layer (21), the first conductive adhesive layer (11), the second metal layer (22) and a second conductive adhesive layer (12) are laminated in this recited arrangement order.  In order to protect the laminated structure including the first conductive adhesive layer (11), the first metal layer (21) and so on, moreover, the electromagnetic wave shielding material (101) has its surfaces covered individually with a first parting sheet (31) and a second parting sheet (32).
