PURPOSE: An adaptive driving scenario generation apparatus and a method thereof for adaptively driving a vehicle according to the complex situation are provided to supply necessary information according to a driving process based on traffic condition and driving characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A structuralized module(100) outputs configurated driving route information in database according to operating stage(700). An analysis module(300) receives driving route information and a first object list. The analysis module generates the driveability information and driving inclination on a detailed object list of the first object list. The analysis module outputs the driveability flavor information and the driving route information in database. A generation module(500) is connected to the driveability information in second object list data. The generation module generates a driving scenario.
