摘要

PURPOSE: A power supply unit for an LED is provided to control luminance of an LED by using a sub power source and a power source for driving an LED after converting a main power source into the power source for driving the LED. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(100) for an LED includes a power converting part(110) and a luminance control part(120). The power converting part has a primary coil(S1) and a plurality of secondary coils(S2). The primary coil receives an input power. The secondary coils convert an input power from the primary coil into a main power and a sub power having a predetermined voltage level. The luminance control part converts the main power from the power converting part into a power for driving the LED according to a dimming signal, and supplies the power for driving the LED and the sub power to an LED array(130).
