<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a conventional tutorial system wherein a personal computer serving as a terminal is connected with the Internet and video telephone software is used for mutually transmitting and receiving images and speeches is used, tuition is high and teaching efficiency is not satisfactory in the subjects focused on rote memory. <P>SOLUTION: A tutorial system through the Internet is provided wherein, by cooperatively operating "video telephone" software with additional steps and "integrated learning system using question paper in combination with personal computer" software via the Internet, one teacher can provide individual instruction to a plurality of students and the teacher can instantly comprehend students' present learning state when the teacher and the students are connected via the Internet. In this system: students can be properly supervised and instructed; learning efficiency in the subjects focused on rote memory can be enhanced by increasing motivation for self-learning through using the "integrated learning system using question paper in combination with personal computer" for self-learning having a lot of elements for iterative learning; the subjects for which instructions should be carried out with explanations can be taught in such manners; and students can learn while increasing the learning effect of all subjects at low tuition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
