<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution panel which automatically senses stain by dust inside the panel and alarms a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a control panel storing main circuit electric apparatus and control equipment inside a box 1, a fan 6, a cylindrical bellow 7, through which air flow created by the fan 6 passes, a filter 8 provided at the downstream side end of the bellow 7, and a switch 9, which detects the bellow 7 extending by being pushed by the air flow when the filter 8 is clogged with dust, are provided inside the box 1.
