PURPOSE: An insulator integrated pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a construction period of piping and to install pipes and insulators in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: An insulation integrated pipe comprises a pipe body(2), a heat insulator(4) which is attached to the outer surface of the pipe body by the medium of a foaming agent or heat sealing catalyst, and an outer sheath(10) which is fixed surrounding the outer surface of the heat insulator. Both circumferential ends of the heat insulator are heated by a heater to be melted and bonded.
