<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tube container with a closure membrane, specifically a tube container with a check valve or a tube container having a dripping function, which requires low production costs and a fewer number of manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a tube container with a closure membrane comprises forming an inner shoulder 1 which has a valve-containing portion having a protrusion in the bottom of the cylinder of the inner shoulder, welding a closure membrane 4 onto the top of the inner shoulder having the valve-containing portion, mounting the shoulder having the valve-containing portion and welded with the closure membrane on a mandrel head 5 and then on an upper mold 7, injecting a resin to form an outer shoulder on the shoulder having the valve-containing portion and welded with the closure membrane and joining the outer shoulder with the inner shoulder and pressing a spherical material from the bottom of the cylinder of the inner shoulder having the valve-containing portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
