PURPOSE: A construction of a service server responding a text inquiry of a mobile communication device is provided to obtain accurate, quick and easily desired information without additional communication cost with an access process. CONSTITUTION: A user and registration information database server are constructed to text information request. A query and a response are performed by transmitting the prepared text to the database server through a mobile communication device and a relay. The database server changes the character information into the telephone number which is usable in the mobile communication device. The information is exchanged between the mobile communications device and the relay.
