PURPOSE: A solenoid valve test device and a method thereof are provided to monitor performance of a solenoid valve on real-time and to test the plural solenoid valves at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve test device comprises an air pressure supply unit(10), and an integral control unit(20) and a display unit(30). The air pressure supply unit offers the air pressure to a plurality of solenoid valves(100). The air pressure supply unit is controlled by integral control unit according to preset test environment. The integral control unit tests performance of the plural solenoid valves operating according to the test environment. The display unit indicates a test result of plural solenoid valves. The air pressure supply unit comprises a vacuum pump(11), a main tank(21), plural sub-tanks(15) and first and second vacuum solenoids(14,16). The sub-tank receives the air pressure from the main tank.
