<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a convectional tissue piece treating apparatus difficult to miniaturize, restricted in installation and stopping subsequent treating operation when the amount of the chemical liquid supplied to a treatment tank is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: New chemical liquid tanks 15 and 17, which have larger volumes than a plurality of chemical liquid tanks 14 and 16 storing chemical liquids which apply immersion treatment to the tissue piece housed in the treatment tank 12 and are different in concentration, have inner wall surfaces reinforced by a reinforcing member and store an unused new chemical liquid of the same kind as the chemical liquids of the chemical liquid tanks 14 and 16, are integrally mounted on both sidewall surfaces of the body of the tissue piece treating apparatus, the piping from the new chemical liquid tanks 15 and 17 is connected to a selection valve 30 so as to send the new chemical liquid stored in the new chemical liquid tanks 15 and 17 to the treatment tank 12, and the selection valve 30, an on-off valve 32 and a pump 34 are controlled by a control part 38 so as to replenish the treatment tank 12 with the new chemical liquid, of which the amount corresponds to the insufficient amount of the chemical liquid, from the new chemical liquid tanks 15 and 17 when the insufficiency of the amount of the chemical liquid supplied to the treatment tank 12 is detected by a detection sensor 36 to continue the immersion treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
