<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solidify asbestos of a wall around a path without damaging a car of an elevator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At an existing opening provided at a ceiling of a car of an elevator, a cover member closing the opening is removed, and instead of the cover member, a closing part 2 is located on a top face of the ceiling of a car e4 of the elevator, so as to close or cover an opening e45. Such an injection device is used comprising an injection port 51a for injecting treatment liquid, a treatment liquid storing part, a communication path for supplying the treatment liquid from the storing part to the injection port, and an operation part for performing an injection operation. The injection port is arranged outside the car, and the treatment liquid storing part and the operation part are arranged in the car, and the communication path is provided to penetrate through the closing part. The storing part in the car is connected with the injection port outside the car, and the injection device is operated in the car e4, so as to disperse the treatment liquid on a wall of the path of the elevator.
