MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF PNEUMATIC TIRE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a pneumatic tire by which an inner liner layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition is formed without causing reduction of productivity or aggravation of work environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Powder 8 consisting of the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition with a mean particle diameter of ≤1 mm is blown against an inner surface of a tire before vulcanization or after vulcanization. The inner surface of the tire with stuck powder 8 is heated under pressurization to carry out heat fusion of the powder 8 to the inner surface of the tire to form the inner liner layer.
