<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun shade device can intercept the sunlight from a sunroof, and can restrain noise by vibration of glass, without increasing mass and the number of components of a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sun shade device 1 is installed on a roof reinforce 100 arranged in a roof part of the vehicle having the sunroof, and is provided with: blind sheets 11a and 11b for covering an under surface of glass panels 101a and 101b; roll shade parts 12a and 12b for extractably winding the blind sheets 11a and 11b; a storage part 13 for storing the roll shade parts 12a and 12b; and a bracket part 20 for installing the storage part 13 in an under surface part of the roof reinforce 100.
