PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for spraying dry ice particles which is small-sized and capable of efficiently forming comparatively hard dry ice particles and spraying the dry ice particles from an injection nozzle by a vaporized gas generated in dry ice forming. SOLUTION: The apparatus for spraying dry ice particles is composed of a gas supply path which is equipped with an injection nozzle of dry ice particles at the other end to which one end is connected to a liquified carbon dioxide supply source, a pressure reducing part adapted to the gas supply path which makes liquified carbon dioxide gas supplied from the liquified carbon dioxide supply source into a gas-liquid mixed fluid, and a capillary pressure reducing part adapted to the gas supply path downstream from the pressure reducing part which makes the liquified carbon dioxide adiabatically expand and form compressed dry ice particles.
