PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an IP packet signal of a communication network and an IP packet signal of an RF type network through one Ethernet(R) wiring line. SOLUTION: The communication network is provided with: the packet network 112 which time-division multiplexes an IP packet signal and time-division demultiplexes the transmitted IP packet signal; the RF network 111 which modulates and frequency multiplexes an IP packet signal, and frequency demultiplexes and demodulates the transmitted IP packet; and a home network 115 which packet multiplexes the IP packet signal time-division demultiplexed by the packet network 112 and the IP packet signal demodulated by the RF network 111.
