<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate with hard coat layers which has a high film hardness and excellent in smoothness, scratch resistance, and adhesion and has a lamination structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the laminate with the hard coat layers in which two or more hard coat layers containing inorganic particles and a metal oxide layer are laminated in the turn on at least one side of a resin substrate, the mean particle sizes of the inorganic particles contained in each of the two or more hard coat layers are different from each other, and the mean particle sizes of the inorganic particles are decreased toward the metal oxide layer in this layer construction.
