PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating type practical electrostatic generator unit as a power source by using electrostatic induction type converting elements. SOLUTION: The vibrating type electrostatic generator unit 100 has a fixed substrate having a conductor formed on a counter surface, and a movable substrate having an electret formed on the counter surface. The movable substrate is supported so as to be reciprocable relative to the fixed substrate. The plurality of electrostatic induction type converting elements which convert motion energy of the relative motion generated between the two substrates by the force applied from the outside to electric energy are provided on the surface of a fixed plate 110.
