<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blurring correcting device can correct precisely blurring, and to provide optical equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This blurring correcting device has a moving member 32 movable relatively to fixed members 34, 36; driving members 40a, 40b, 38a, 38b for moving the moving member 32 relatively to the fixed members 34, 36 by electromagnetic force, magnetic sensors 42a, 42b for detecting relative positions of the moving member 32 to the fixed members 34, 36; and a control part 14 for controlling the driving members 40a, 40b to stop the driving of the driving members 40a, 40b, when calibrating the magnetic sensors 42a, 42b.
