<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and compact folding stand with a table, where a top board is integrated with legs and assembling and folding are performed by one operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The folding stand with a table internally includes: a U-shaped outer leg 1 made of a moldable material and constituted of right/left outer vertical frames 1a, 1b, and an upper outer lateral frame 1c; and an inner leg 2 constituted of right/left inner vertical frames 2a, 2b, and braces 3a, 3b which are arranged at arbitrary positions from the upper part to the lower part on the inner side of an upper inner lateral frame 2c. The inner leg is pivotally slidably attached to the centers of the right/left outer vertical frames with the use of bolts 4 and nuts 5 with pawls in a state where the outer leg 1 and the inner leg 2 are raised in an X shape so that the lower parts of the right/left outer/inner vertical frames can be parallel with one another. One side of the top board 6 is hinged with a plurality of hinges 7 to the inner side of the upper outer lateral frame 1c in the outer leg 1, and the other side is placed on the upper surface of the inner leg so as to extend the lower parts of the upper center parts of the outer and inner legs 1, 2 with the use of a connecting article 9.
