PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowability evaluating and testing method of concrete which enable the confirmation of execution properties before the execution of concrete is performed even in a ready-mixed concrete factory or a building construction site. SOLUTION: In the flowability evaluating and testing method of concrete, the cylindrical container 2 installed on a base plate 3 is filled with a concrete sample and makes the ratio (Sb/Si) of the flow area Si of the concrete sample on the base plate after the cylindrical container is pulled out and the flow area Sb after predetermined vibration energy is applied to the base plate using a vibrator 4 serve as an index value.
