PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for retrieving confidential file to be used for preventing the leakage of a confidential file. SOLUTION: This device for retrieving confidential file is provided with: a file information storage part 27 for storing one or more file information as information showing a file and as information including the designation of the file; a keyword storage part 26 for storing one or more keywords for retrieving a confidential file; a retrieval part 28 for retrieving at least either the designation of the file and a document included in the file information by using the keyword stored in the keyword storage part 26 as a retrieval key; a secure information configuration part 36 for configuring secure information as information related with the presence/absence of hit in retrieval; and a transmission part 37 for transmitting the secure information.
