PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a vehicle capable of sufficiently exhibiting an injury value reduction action of a forward movement suppression member by suppressing forward movement of a seat cushion in a collision of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The seat structure for the vehicle has: a seat belt device B including a wrap belt B1a; a submarine suppression bar 3 for suppressing forward movement of an occupant C in a collision of the vehicle; and a wire frame 24 for restricting movement of the submarine suppression bar 3 to a front side of the vehicle. The submarine suppression bar 3 is installed at the inside of the seat cushion 21 so as to be extended in a vehicle width direction. The wire frame 24 is provided so as to substantially fix a position of the submarine suppression bar 3 in the seat cushion 21 in a collision of the vehicle, thereby restricting the movement of the submarine suppression bar 3 to a front side of the vehicle.
