PURPOSE: A sheet film forming roll, a sheet film casting apparatus, a micro-pattern transcriber, and a sheet film are provided to generate enough compressing force without change of an outer tube by dividing a space between an outer tube and a rotary shaft into plural heat medium rooms to the radial direction with a roll moving rubber roll. CONSTITUTION: A sheet film forming roll is composed of a rotary shaft(20), fixing end portion plates(28,29), an outer tube(40) made of a metal film, and plural roll moving rubber roll(70). The rotary shaft is supported with a bearing member(24). The fixing end portion plates are arranged concentrically in two positions separated to the shaft direction of the rotary shaft. Both ends of the outer tube are supported to be concentric to the rotary shaft by the fixing end portion plates. Both ends of the roll moving rubber roll are supported by the fixing end portion plate. The rotary shaft is contacted to the inner surface of the outer tube. The roll moving rubber roll divides a space between the outer tube and the rotary shaft into plural heat medium rooms to the radial direction. The heat medium is installed in the heat medium room. A heater is installed in the heat medium room. The heater uses electricity or steam vapor as the heating source.
