1-GLYCIDYL-3,3-DINITROAZETIDINE CONTAINING EXPLOSIVE MOIETY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A 1-glycidyl-3,3-dinitroazetidine(GDNAZ) for binder of high energy and a method for producing the same are provided to improve thermal stability of the binder and explosive function. CONSTITUTION: A 1-glycidyl-3,3-dinitroazetidine(GDNAZ) is denoted by chemical formula I. A method for preparing the 1-glycidyl-3,3-dinitroazetidine(GDNAZ) of chemical formula I comprises: a step of reacting epichlorohydrin of chemical formula III with 3,3-dinitroazetidine of chemical formula II to obtain 1-chloropropaneol-3,3-dinitroazetidine of chemical formula IV; and a step of reacting 1-chloropropaneol-3,3-dinitroazetidine of chemical formula IV and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to obtain the compound of chemical formula I.
