A cooling/heating operation ratio of a plurality of outdoor units is adjusted to a ratio corresponding to a cooling/heating ratio of a plurality of indoor units. Therefore, sufficient refrigerant can be supplied to the indoor units operating in cooling and heating modes, and thus the indoor unit can have high efficiency.</p>
